How To Restore Disabled iPhone/iPad/iPod With iCloud Find My Phone

Step 1: Open icloud.com/find on another device.
Step 2: Sign in with your Apple ID when prompted.
Step 3: Click on All Devices at the top of the window.
Step 4: Select the disabled device(Device You Want To Erase).
Step 5: Click Erase Device,to remove the devices passcode,making your device usable again.
Step 6: Restore from a previous backup or continue.
