Run Apps/Programs As Administrator

Step 1: Right click on the program or app.(right click its shortcut or .exe file)

Step 2: Click \”Run As Administrator\”.

Your App,program,game should run after this this is because, Old applications were coded to assume they had Administrator access and will fail if they did not have it.

Run Compatibility Settings

Step 1: Right click an app or program shortcut or .exe file.

Step 2: Click Properties at the bottom of the list.

Step 3: After clicking properties click on the Compatibility Tab.

Step 4: Click Run Compatibility Troubleshooter.

Step 5: Click Run Compatibility troubleshooter and use the settings windows provides you.

For example, if an application doesn’t run on Windows 10 but did run properly on Windows 7

Step 6: Click Compatibility mode checkbox and select “Windows 7 Sp1 (Service Pack 1).\’
